IRC that works. My experience of support has been hit more than miss. The live chat doesn't seem to work.

DSLstats and MyDSLWebStats as a diagnostics tool

AAISP could use DSLstats and MyDSLWebStats to view the DSL stats history of a customers router. This could compliment the information provided by the CQM graphs. It could also detect oddities not visible on the CQM graphs. For example - Fault on...

Mac menu bar app for monitoring usage

I'd like a macOS menu bar application that would show me my remaining quota, other stats like the line rate, and useful graphs showing the usage vs the remaining time in the current usage period, for example. (I hope this isn't outrageous, but if...

Resell Openreach Level 4 SLA

There are various SLA's offered by Ovenreach which cover PTSN line faults. The highest SLA (Level 4) targets a 6 hour resolution time. Then, there is a separate ‘Enhanced Care’ product which covers broadband faults. It is what A&A, Zen,...

Pro-rata Home::1 usage quota when changing package

We have gradually started using more quota each month, until we got to the point where we got an alert towards the end of the month that we were close to running out of quota. I decided to upgrade to the 2TB package but then had to wait until...

have a package for 330-50 on my FTTP link.

All other FTTP providers that I have checked are providing the 330-50 option that is available to me on my FTTP link according to Openreach. I am currently on the 160-30 package with A&A. I have asked A&A a few times about when the 330-50 option...

Graph line rates

Line rates tend to drift up and down over time. It would be really useful to provide a graph of the line rate, to make it easier to understand better how the line is changing over time.

Optionally use UTC as basis for units tariff rate time changes

I would like to have an option for users to be able to have the times of day when ‘units’ tariff’s charging rates change be based on UTC, rather than summer time/ local wall-clock value. This if provided should be the user’s choice. If the...

Move pins in clueless in time / edit times

I have often found that I have been very inaccurate when clicking on the CQM graphs in clueless.aa.net.uk to drop a pin on the graph because I have no mouse, I’m using an iPad, and so the time is inaccurate. It would be really nice if I could...

Relay broadcast packets between subnets

I like to keep things like a smart home IoT network separated from my standard internal LAN. However, things like casting using a chromecast from a phone/laptop on the LAN to a chromecast on the IoT network doesn't work out of the box as it uses...

Please add a means of scheduling a traffic-dump. It would be massively helpful to check unusual traffic in the wee-small hours, rather than log in and manually run it at 2am. I'm sure I won't be the only one who's ever requested this (?)

Deliver incoming SMS to both SIP2SIM and email

Currently SMS messages to a phone number can be sent to SIP2SIM or to email. It'd be nice to be able to do both, or to deliver to multiple email addresses, etc.

Automatic packet capture before Blacklisting

I had a line which had frequent but short-lived Blacklistings. As a result of the behaviour it hasn't been possible to get a packet capture to see just what's going on with the line; it may not be an "attack" and could be a wayward service. If...

Have a user-defined "site-name" for KCI

In KCI you get up/down messages labelled with a postcode of the site. It would be good to be able to define what the site is for each dsl connection or other type of pseudo-‘line’ and be able to give each site a name. If you have a campus...

improve the "New device/IP used with [Voip number]" emails

Add DNSCurve support to AA DNS

DNSCurve is fairly simple to implement, so it should not be too hard to add support for this for both customer domains and the DNS servers AA customers query generally. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DNSCurve

I see you are switching to a newer router from Zyxel, how about offering one with 2 WAN ports?

I just saw that you are changing the Zyxel router you supply, would it be possible to offer a dual WAN one. I'm sure the Firebrick is an outstanding product, but it is also £900 and much of what it does I need to do on a Linux gateway for work...
