see the pricing options on TT working too.

The pricing options/suggestions page shows the various prices for different usage on the different line types. They all seem to work except for the TT lines. Nothing changes when I input any new numbers....?? :(

This is working, I think it was fixed at the time, sorry for a delay in updating this Idea!

Remove Un-necessary Restrictions on Mailing Lists

I'm currently setting up a domain for a small company and have established mailboxes for each member of staff. I would like to make use of the mailing list facility to allow mail to be sent to groups of staff such as "all", "admin" and "sales"....

Ability to change passwords

It would be good if customers could change/generate their own passwords for the accounts web site without contacting support and then having the password relayed over an insecure medium.
Response from the site administrator
aaisp, 26.06.2014
This is now possible. The lost password system of the billing system has been revised and updated.

See a status page (aastatus.net) which just returns a list of current issues in the page itself, with no javascript callback to fetch the data. Why? Apparently there are serious routing problems right now, but the status page is taking forever to loa

Response from the site administrator
aaisp, 21.04.2015
The page: http://aastatus.net/recent.cgi shows the posts in 'last updated' order, so new ones will be at the top. The Status server is hosted off site, of country even, and is independent of our UK network, so depending on the routing problem, the page should be ok. Typically, posts are also added to our twitter @aaisp

Have an email hyperlink on http://www.aaisp.net/broadband-support.html rather than making us copy 'n' paste said address.

On http://www.aaisp.net/broadband-support.html you list all the contact methods. Great! Some of them are even links that fire up the service. But why is the email address not a mailto: link?

This has been updated, thanks!

Remove the highlight for peak hours on packages that don't have peak hours

I have a home::1 package and clueless is still highlighting weekday 9AM to 6PM on the usage tables in red. This is confusing as home::1 has "No units or time periods - usage is any time of day or night.". Can the highlighting either be removed...

Good point, but it has been suggested in the past that keeping the peak hours can be useful when considering changing tariffs. However, i'll add a note to the page about peak to being relevant to all tariffs. Thanks for the idea though.

Have the status pages be able to be ordered by different things

The current ordering seems to be a little difficult to decypher! For instance, today the top item was closed at 11am, and the second was closed on the 26th October, with more recent things below it, so I don't understand the rules that determine...

We are currently (ie now!), creating a new front page for the status page - this will make things much clearer and simpler. eg splitting the front page posts in to categories rather than a whole list.

Status pages have now been updated.

Stop clueless line links opening in new windows

The line links in clueless such as Log and Usage open in new windows. If I wanted a link to open in a new window I'd do it myself.

SSL certificate for clueless.aaisp.net.uk is invalid and causes browser warnings.

As it says on the tin.
Response from the site administrator
aaisp, 11.01.2013
Clueless (the control/ordering system) now has a non-cacert certificate.

Switch the SSL cert used by clueless to one signed by startssl (or other)

As per http://ideas.aaisp.net.uk/?ia=17940 which suggests a paid-for SSL certificate, certificates from http://www.startssl.com/ are far more widely accepted than those signed by cacert.com (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Startssl#Trustedness...

allow routing policies to be applied as to return packets from the link they originated from

Current routing works great, but it would be nice to add some kind of feature to allow returning of packets & datagrams from the link they originated. For example, dual ADSL (21CN+BE) via A&A and an L2TP tunnel via VirginMedia. As to allow...

IPs set as secondary routing will be allowed to transmit.

see what happend to the broadband issue that existed at 7pm today, what happened, why did dissapear!

There is no mention of it in your logs. Yet I know it happened and AAISP status at 7pm showed it happened. Yet looking at 11pm there is no sign of it. What happened?

Expand Syslog field in 'Edit Number' Clueless Page

I'd like to see a rollever speed indicator on graphs

Could we have a speed / latency indication by mouse location on graphs not unlike the time indication. The logarithmic nature of the graph makes it very hard to read.
Response from the site administrator
aaisp, 21.04.2015
This is available on the 'todays' graph.
