At the moment the Quota options for Home::1 are Block, Slow or Auto bill, explained here: http://wiki.aa.org.uk/Home::1 Add a new option called "Borrow" which allows a Home::1 user to use up to 20GB from the following month's allowance, which...

Spread the "overnight special" rate between different customers

A recent status blog post suggested links were becoming saturated at 0200 when the very cheap rate kicks in. Presumably this is because lots of people have jobs that kick off at 0201 or whatever, and then only run for less than an hour. I...

Use cookies on Clueless, add 'remember me' box

I'm tired of having to re-log in to clueless every time I restart my browser. I would much like an option for clueless to remember me (cookies) and log me in automatically. I understand some users will be using public / shared computers or...

Be able to set SMS notification between wider hours eg 8am-11pm, as an addition to the current choices of working hours or 24/7

Be able to set SMS notification between wider hours eg 8am-11pm, as an addition to the current choices of working hours or 24/7 This would be useful for residential users who want to know if their line goes up or down outside working hours, but...

AA VPN service

With appropriate legal fire breaks (e.g. separate company not reg'd in UK), I would like to see AA offering a VPN service with endpoints outside of the UK. For two key reasons: 1) to have a solution in place should our legislature pass the IP Bill...

Allow the exporting to very basic information into CSV format. For example right now I have a requirement for the data on the CDR page in CSV format (not grouped or anything clever like the page does, just the raw data). Other such...

Thanks for the idea.
The invoice we send contains a PDF of the calls, and optionally an XML version too. Historic PDF and XML invoices are available from the Accounts system (http://bill.me.uk).
However, upon request Staff are able to generate csv export of the call stats.
if this idea has interest lots of votes the we may add a csv export option.

Enable 2 factor authentication for accounts and billing

Integrate a 2 factor authentication method to your line management and billing services. Something that uses Google Authenticator would be awesome.

Improved security, but avoiding extra hardware and power

We're currently running IPSec VPNs (tunnel mode) between our various ADSL lines. We'd also like to run some VPNs to our colocated server in Maidenhead. So for example our current 192.168.1.0/24, 192.168.2.0/24 subnets would be tunnelled for...

have my VOIP number presented to my mobile when a call is forwarded (instead of the original callers number)

This is offered by a number of other VoIP providers and it is extremely useful to see "Ah - this call is for my VoIP line" as opposed to "Ah - this call came directly to my mobile" (or other fowarded number). Just a simple checkbox next to each...

Have call recordings PGP-signed

When AAISP email call recordings, there's an option to encrypt the recording. It'd be great if the recording could be PGP-signed. That way, if needed, it can be shown that a recording has not been tampered with after it's received.

Offer competitive call prices for BT analog PSTN lines

Calls on our PSTN lines are a semi-unofficial service that we provide - mainly due to the billing issues. We are looking in to improving this though.

Clueless "Add /64" button - an option to choose the number of the subnet

Currently, "Add /64" button appears to give me a result of ($current_allocation -1). i.e. I currently have 2001:8b0:xxxx:a713::/64 - pressing Add /64 gives me 2001:8b0:xxxx:a712::/64. Perhaps add a box to allow the user to specify their own...

Commission a new super modem

Commission the development of an extremely high-spec ADSL and VDSL2 modem, perhaps banding together with other ISPs eg through ISPA. Then you could exert some control over quality and have your ideal spec, and get bugs fixed in a timely fashion.
