Perhaps AAISP should email their clients in advance to inform them of "Login improvements and notifications from the Control Pages" before implementing any changes. That way AAISP might not be bombarded with phone calls from clients asking why they are being emailed about logging in from a new browser and clients therefore won't be subjected to the stroppy attitudes from AAISP call centre staff.
