DSLstats and MyDSLWebStats as a diagnostics tool

AAISP could use DSLstats and MyDSLWebStats to view the DSL stats history of a customers router. This could compliment the information provided by the CQM graphs. It could also detect oddities not visible on the CQM graphs. For example - Fault on line or Fault with router.
