Emulate Quad 9 through AAISP

With the recent launch of Quad 9 as a more secure DNS service which actively blocks dangerous sites (see http://www.computerweekly.com/news/450430188/Free-Quad9-internet-threat-protection-launched), perhaps it may be possible for your DNS servers to provide a similar service?

I've switched to their DNS servers for now, but it would be useful (and probably quicker) to use yours.
