Change the way CLI is sent on VOIP

Currently it seems you are sending the Caller ID as the "Name" and then the Line Number of the SIP trunk as the "Number"

This causes a problem with some ATA's and SIP2SIM which ignores the Name field meaning all the phone displays is the number of the Trunk you are receiving the call on, but no information about the caller.

Even on SIP handsets that can display both it often causes problems as if you go through your missed calls and hit dial you end up dialing your own Trunk instead of calling back the original caller.

Ideally I'd like to have an option in the control panel to switch these 2 fields around so the caller ID gets sent as the "number" and the Trunk it's coming in on is sent as "Name"

This way if you're using a phone that only shows the Number Field it shows callers ID and if you do have a phone that displays Both the name and number then the "missed calls" functionality should work properly.
