Provider reduced cost, reduced functionality Be lines

While Be lines have many benefits, the minimum monthly cost puts people off; I don't know the details of the wholesale products, but would it be possible for AAISP to offer Be lines at a lower price, trading off features like:

* Annex M.
* Fine detail control over the ISAM profile.
* Speed - 8MBit/s cap would be fine for users who can't get that fast from ADSL2+ anyway.
* Minimum term - if I'm tied into a place for 12 months, and happy with AAISP anyway, reducing my monthly cost in return for having to pay for the line for 12 months (even if I cancel or migrate away) is a no-brainer.
* Cheap off-peak usage. For example, I personally only use around 10GB/month total in a heavy month - I would be more than able to cope with a Be line that had 8GB/unit peak, 10GB/unit off-peak, no night period. Alternatively, a cap on total usage would WFM.

Since this idea, we've introduced the Home::1 tariff, which we think offers good value...
