How do I contact you if my internet is down at a weekend/evening?

Thank you for your suggestions, however, we'd rather customers send a SMS or email, as these are easier for us and the customer to track (we'll send an autoresponder with the ticket ID) - We're happy to be asked to call back rather then email or SMS back though. These methods are also easier for staff to notice and pickup out of hours
