Don't collapse items on status page

The IRC bot posts links to status items like http://status.aaisp.net.uk/apost.cgi?incident=803 but when you open this single item you have style="display: none;" in the div. Since I've requested to view ONE item and only that one item, what possible reason is there to collapse it ?
