Ask BE to allow lines to be switched between PPPoE and PPPoA service

Currently switching a BE line from PPPoE to PPPoA or vice versa requires a cease and reprovide. This has both cost and minimum contract term implications.

It would better if this could be done more easily.

This is now possible, email in and we can migrate a BE PPPoA to PPPoE, no charge and still 1 month terms.
