Provide an option for 10Mbps upstream on FTTC without having to buy premium

IDnet charges £1.20 per month additional for 10Mbps upstream, could you provide a similar option for those of us who want the extra throughput but don't care about prioritisation?

Just checked the BT [Wholesale] price list. The 01/01/2012 price list still states £1/month (exc. VAT).

10Mbps upstream is now standard on FTTC. See http://status.aaisp.net.uk/apost.cgi?incident=1454 for a horribly Javascripty page.

This isn't really completed, it just moved to the 20Mbit/s option.

The 20Mbit/s option is still overpriced and forces you to pay for elevated best effort.
