Re-arrange IP blocks in clueless

IP blocks are currently formatted horizontally. This can get daunting when you have large number of blocks.

Examples; http://grody.me.uk/nas/ss1.jpg & http://grody.me.uk/nas/ss2.jpg

Instead something where IP's are sorted more uniformly.
