AAISP have been saying that the mobile roaming service is "in development" for ages. On

you say "we hope to be able to enable it and provide details of countries and networks soon".
Enquiries to both sales and support today (4 Aug 2011) yielded no new information - "we have no date".
When is "soon"?
This is not a useful business service until roaming works seamlessly - users cannot afford to be out of touch while abroad. Your uninterested response clearly shows that this is low priority to you, so here is one user whose business you will not have for long unless this changes.
