see exchange traffic graphs

As well as the traffic graphs for each line it would be useful to see another graph for the exchange the line is connected via, that way outages and packet loss can be cross referenced to see if its a line issue or an exchange issue

For now, the congestion page we have will list exchanges that we've found to have issues: http://clueless.aa.net.uk/congestion.cgi Staff can compare lines if you contact us though.

Interesting idea... We'll discuss it.

There are some privacy concerns around showing other people's traffic, especially on a per-exchange basis where there may only be a few other A&A customers on the exchange. Loss statistics may be less problematic, though?

If not a graphic maybe a "Number of A&A customers on this exchange: X, Number of lines connected: X, Number of lines with fault: X" etc. as if my line ever goes down and others elsewhere on IRC are ok, the first thing I want to know is if there's a problem at the exchange.
