BT offer a service called 'Choose to Refuse'. It's overpriced (£3.25 a month), has arbitrary limits (10 numbers maximum, oldest drops off when new added) and has a horrible UI (you have to phone up and listen through long menus).
It is however, *incredibly* useful, as you can block repeated nuisance calls from specific numbers.
This would be a brilliant feature on A&A VoIP in addition to the anonymous caller reject you already provide. I think the best implementation would be a limitless list of numbers when you could determine the routing for each (e.g. 'normal', 'refuse', 'voicemail' etc.) If you really wanted to go to town on it, you could also determine routing by profile - e.g. send calls from a particular customer to voicemail after a set time.
I'm considering moving a line to WLR3 with A&A at the moment and this is the one BT feature that's missing.
