Change contact details on lines

As a dealer it would be useful for me to be able to add/change the contact details for my customer's lines.

If there could be multiple telephone number contacts this would be helpful, and maybe a field if the customer uses SMS.

It would also be handy if my contact details could be added to all of the lines so that AAISP staff know that I manage the line and can be contacted regarding it.
