Keep users informed: email updates from clueless

At the moment lots of useful information is recorded in various "task lists" on clueless.

The current way to see this information is to go to the clueless website and look at appropriate web pages.

Users can easily miss things, and have to repeatedly visit the site to track the progress of ongoing issues.

Possible Solutions:

As an option we should be able to get email updates of task entries on clueless. Possibly also fault information.
