Separate line passwords

VoIP accounts have separate access passwords from the clueless login. It would be useful if the password for DSL/L2TP line logins could also be configured separately so that the clueless login password does not need to be available as plaintext for normal operation. For backwards compatibility these could default to the account password if left blank.

Another option would be a "line password" on the login. The individual lines don't necessarily need to have separate passwords, just a password that cannot be used to login to clueless.
