Give lines in clueless a "Friendly" name.

This could be used in conjunction with the SMS monitoring for line down etc. so it is easy to identify quickly which line on a site may be down.

We use your services for temporary events where we may have 20 lines on a site with temp. phone numbers, being able to see "Office X" went down would be much, much more helpful for me than a number I would need to go look up.

This has been done. A 'Note' can be set on an individual line, which is then shown in search results and when viewing that line.
