Email notification option - send all clueless updates for a line as they happen

So this would be a email address field or a checkbox on https://clueless.aa.net.uk/editline.cgi, and when activated, every time *anything* happened that caused an entry in the task list, you'd get an email about it.

(The point would be to make it faster to follow progress of orders or faults, without having to keep going back to the page and refreshing.)
