A single web page containing site map for the AA website, in a compact form, of course linked to in a fairly prominent place visible everywhere. Wiki too. Even better would be annotating entries tags / keywords / synonyms. This is for people like me who are _extremely stupid_ and can't find things, like 'how to buy an additional line', or 'how to change tariff or options', and I keep forgetting where the page is that has units-vs-GB-times-of-day-pounds in it.
