have my excess allowance roll over for a couple of months

I usually dont use all of my 1TB monthly allowance but when we have school holidays the kids can double the usage.
If we could have the unused allowance banked for 2 - 3 months (rolling) it would smooth out these peaks.
Otherwise some sort of quarterly or annual allowance based on 1TB a month still...
