Turn off KCI temporarily

When doing maintenance, it would be nice to have an option to suppress a storm of down-up KCI messages for a while. This is especially true if you have four lines like me. But all users could encounter a situation where they know they are going to get one or maybe more pairs of unnecessary down-up KCI messages.

I’m wondering about a suppress KCI function, that is not just for one line but for a whole account, all lines across one or more sites.

The function would suppress all KCI messages for n minutes with a reasonably longish default. The user that way would not have to disable all KCI options in the clueless UI and then put them all back the way they were.

To be useful, this function would need to be extremely quick and easy to access. If access via the web, a button say would need to be in an easily accessible place in clueless.

As an optional enhancement, it might be nice to have the following behaviour: At the end of the KCI suppression period, if any lines are down, send out a KCI notification report, This lists all down lines plus the times they went down, and also includes the current time.
