Consumer/Small business Hybrid Mail service

A consumer/small business Hybrid Mail (HM) service which can save time and money for those who need to send post not often enough to buy a stamp book or a thermal label printer. Most HM services available are geared towards businesses with volume requirements. I can see A&A offering this easily and dispatching the mail via their OBA account with Royal Mail. After all, you do allow 3D printing. Furthermore I am disabled and can't walk so it could save somebody like me needed to hassle about walking a mile with my walker.
