Existing customers’ page

I suggest having a page on the main website meant solely for existing customers, and I know we have clueless already, but this would just be information and links, all the reference material that you need all in one place, links to carry out various functions and change things. The idea is to bring together material relevant to existing customers that already exists elsewhere but include copies of it or at least links rounded up into one page. This must be made to be useful if the user does not log in, but more so if she does. Would also like to have copies of alerts and warnings about upcoming planned maintenance or outages that are relevant to the logged in user by geographical lookup or stuff known to be relevant to the user’s particular services and links.
