Augment speedtest.aa.net.uk with additional split ipv4.speedtest.aa.net.uk and ipv6.speedtest.aa.net.uk

Give the user control over whether an ipv4 or ipv6 speedtest is run. At the moment it’s at the whim of the user’s web browser, using happy eyeballs or similar.
