Pro-rata Home::1 usage quota when changing package

We have gradually started using more quota each month, until we got to the point where we got an alert towards the end of the month that we were close to running out of quota. I decided to upgrade to the 2TB package but then had to wait until the end of the month until we got the new quota.

It would be really helpful if when upgrading the package, you get a proportion of the new package quota for the current month.
