Allow IPv6 tunelling on a per-line basis

Currently each IPv6 block is either tunnelled or not tunnelled. It would be nice if this could be configured on a per line basis so that lines which support native IPv6 don't have to use tunnelling just because some other lines don't support native IPv6.

Tunnelled or Native configuration is per IPv6 block rather than line, as it's the block you want to control. Email or call support and we can look in to this in more detail with you.
