When using the BT KBD diagnostics one of the questions is "When do you experience the problem during the day?" There should be an option to select "All times of day".
There are many ways in which 'KBD' could be improved - it's a BT system, so the question/answers are fixed to what BT present to us. We do give BT feedback though.
