Allow HTTPS basic authentication for scripting clueless access

Allow basic access to clueless from scripts (e.g. the 'Kill LNS' button to kick my recalcitrant router back into life), whilst we're waiting for the all-singing-all-dancing XML interface (and the ponies).

Allow use of standard HTTP basic authentication (which is easily scriptable), perhaps on a different URL to the standard clueless pages (say https://clueless.aa.net.uk/auth/editline.cgi?ID=1234&KILL=b.gormless) - possibly restricted to a subset of the standard features if necessary.
