Confirm line changes on clueless

At present it is all too easy to accidentally order changes to a line or run tests, especially when browsing clueless from a mobile phone.
A pop up confirmation dialog when clicking any line change or test buttons will prevent accidents like this happening.

Now, most actions that may be disruptive have an 'are you sure' option to prevent accidental clicks.

The interleave buttons now have "are you sure" confirmation
