Pool units of traffic accross multiple lines

I have lines on multiples sites and having to manage the units of traffic we buy for each site/circuit is a bit of a pain; what I would like is to buy a pool of units to be used accross multiple sites in the same way as I understand you can if you had multiple lines on one site in a bond or failover arrangement.
